My background includes Human Resources, Training and Organizational Development, Career and Leadership Development, and coaching in the corporate arena for over 25 years across numerous industries. 

I have coached individuals in career management, transition, and strategy, as well as worked with entrepreneurs to build their business through developing systems, strategies, and sales. Most specifically I help people create visibility, articulate their vision and value, and share their voice through content and interactions.

I have worked with multinational corporations to help transform their workplace, workforce and their teams' work-lives through management and leadership development, succession planning, performance management/improvement, and career development. I am MBTI certified and also hold certifications in a variety of training courseware including Franklin Covey, DDI, The OZ Principle, and Blanchard.

I have designed highly successful performance improvement and professional development initiatives from entry level to executive for a variety of small, medium and large companies across several industries including banking, finance, retail, education, and hospitality. 

I believe an organization is only as strong as it weakest individual contributor and my gift is helping individuals to maximize their contribution to their organizations while finding joy, fulfillment, and growth in their career and personal/professional endeavors.
