My focus is on supporting organisations and their people to achieve their goals and aspirations, perform at their best, and effectively cope with change, redundancy and restructures. Establishing both the Careers by Design and Career Dreams brands, I have been able to work with hundreds of people at all levels of business going through major career change to provide them with the tools and strategies that successfully support their decision making processes.
