I am a board-certified internal medicine physician, mindfulness teacher and integrative life coach who is passionate about coaching motivated high-performing women to quiet their inner critic to confidently live their best life. I earned my B.A. and M.S. from Johns Hopkins University, M.D. from Dartmouth and Internal Medicine residency at California Pacific Medical Center (UCSF affiliate). Through my own healing journey as a recovering perfectionist, I have explored a wide range of therapeutic modalities and emphasize wellness and caring for the person as a whole. My mission is to empower women to look within to reconnect with their gifts and make an impact in the world.
