Hello, My name is Shikha and I am a Master Certified™ life coach who specializes in Self-Love coaching. I am also an Empath who feels deeply and has a highly active mind.
Not too long ago just like you I struggled to see my beauty through my own eyes and would wait for others to like me, to approve and validate me, to love me first before I could feel good about myself and my life.
I will never forget that day in 2007 when a thought dropped in my head which told me if I kept going the way I was, I would not live for very long!
And that’s the day I started my journey of evolution and transformation which at times was very lonely and overwhelming to say the least. On this journey of transformation although I tried many different things but the one thing which worked for me was learning how to create a relationship with myself through compassion and love! And as I started to love myself, I started to come back home to MYSELF which truly transformed my life and my relationships with myself and my loved ones.
That’s why I am on a mission to empower Empaths, Highly Sensitive People (HSP) and women through the power of Self-Love. I am passionate to walk with you, to help you evolve, transform, and heal so that you can come back home to YOURSELF too.
