Hello world! Welcome to my page. I want to take a moment to give you some background of my credentials and experiences working with clients. As it relates to credentials, I have a Master's degree in human services with a specialization in marriage & family counseling. I also have a business oriented Master's degree in Industrial & Organizational Psychology which deals with the study of people in the workplace and applying psychological principles to improve individual and organizational performance. I am a certified Life Strategies Coach, Certified Anger Management Specialist, and a Certified Parent Educator. I am an entrepreneur with over 10 years of experience working with individuals, families, groups, and business leaders in various capacities. At the start of a coaching journey, the coach and his client must work on building rapport with each other and clarifying where (you) the client currently is in his/her journey, and where he/she wants to go. From there, the coach and client collaboratively work on developing the client's objectives. This is a collaborative person centered relationship between the coach and his/her client. It's important for you as the client to know that you are the expert of your own life! Developing a positive mindset is also very crucial in a person's journey to achieving their objectives and having a successful coaching experience.
