Hi, I'm Michelle.
I'm not here to sell you on gimmicks and promise things I can't deliver on. I am here to show you that I understand where you are coming from. That I have been there, where you are. I am here to be that person who won't judge you and really wants to understand where you are coming from.
I am not perfect. I worry about saying the wrong thing, or not having the 'answers'. I have shifted to living in possibility and believe that I am the person you've been waiting for. The person to shift you into your confidence and truly loving and accepting yourself every part of the way. Because I am this way, I don't expect you to be perfect or have all the answers either!
I have been coaching for nearly a decade, and in that time have gotten my degree in Psychology, my diploma in Recreation therapy, My Life and Executive Coach certification, and completed intense and immersive Leadership Training. I work on myself regularly because I know I have my own limiting beliefs.
When you work with me, you have me in your corner for good. I will always see you in your highest self, and do everything in my power to support you in getting there. My clients have seen shifts in their relationships, changes in how they react to things, as well as recognizing their worth and doing things they never dreamed possible. I have had clients leave toxic relationships and come out to their family because of their instilled self-worth.
When I'm not coaching, I am working on my book, dancing to up-beat and catchy music, continuing the never-ending renovations with my boyfriend in our apartment, getting excited about cute animals, exercising and looking for new experiences.
