I coach mission-inspired leaders worldwide to embrace the opportunity AND the responsibility of this truth by building their credibility and capacity to become highly effective change-makers.

Starting with my first summer job as a teen, I observed the enormous impact the quality of leadership can have on an organization, its people, and its mission. I know for sure I’m not the only one who has dealt with an unconscious or unskilled boss! The toll on morale, motivation, and productivity for both the leader and the team can be immense.

Today, drawing on years of building, leading, mentoring, and coaching leaders and teams around the world as an executive leader, organizational consultant, and leadership coach, I partner with leaders to build competence in the areas of executive presence, strategic thinking, relationship and cultural intelligence, organization and team management, and work/life harmony,

I have led teams in Tunisia, Haiti, Senegal and the United States, and consulted to nonprofit organizations around the world. As a field director in Senegal I built and mentored a successful local senior team that became one of the first to manage a field operation for our international NGO, and helped create the first management development curriculum for field directors across the globe. Consulting work includes restructuring the entire sponsorship function for an organization with operations in five East Asian countries, and creating/delivering the first ever coach trainings to local USAID staff in Afghanistan. In my last executive director position I tripled annual revenues and launched new programs while guiding 50 patient organizations in 15 countries.
