My philosophies come directly from my own experience: In 2014, I decided to transform my own career path. While I had held a successful 25-year-long career in multiple aspect of the entertainment industry, I wanted to impact people in a new, purposeful way. I invested into several coaching certifications to deepen my expertise and blend multiple methodologies to become a well-rounded coach who could connect people to their inner passions.

In this way, my acting, improv, comedy, and voiceover work for 25 years gave me the best possible foundation to become a coach. In these arts, listening to others, paying attention to their overt and covert communication, and pulling out their own performance exactly mirrors my best skills as a Career Transition Coach. In fact, I continue to teach and facilitate improv workshops with my corporate clients, as this art is such a valuable tool in building cohesive, collaborative teams.
