I believe that most people deep down know what makes them happy and fulfilled. Being engaged on the journey to self-leadership, however, often requires a little bit of guidance and accountability. I coach people who find themselves feeling stuck and uncertain about what their next move should be personally or professionally. I help them move through the uncertainty to design and create a happier and more fulfilling life. As Tony Robbins said, “The quality of your life is in direct proportion to the amount of uncertainty you can comfortably deal with.”
Prior to becoming a coach I spent over a decade in the financial services industry working as a forensic accountant. My experience in the corporate setting provided a perfect space to work across cultures, lead teams, observe and explore concepts of motivation, authentic leadership, impact of emotional intelligence in the workplace, the importance of agility and resilience and how successful people craft their passions.
I am naturally able to see people’s strengths, sometimes even before they can see and own them. I am excited about helping people going through a journey of creating their authentic and fearless lives. I have helped my clients and colleagues build confidence in their skills and leadership, own their strengths and create their authentic paths.
I am a Certified Professional Coach (CPC) with the Institute for Professional Excellence in Coaching (iPEC Coaching) and I am a Certified Energy Leadership Index™ Master Practitioner (ELI-MP). I hold a Bachelor of Science (BS) in Accounting from Manhattan College.
