After a car accident, I was told by 3 doctors that I would never run, bike or swim again. Five years later I had climbed Mt. Kilimanjaro, run the Boston Marathon, and completed my first half ironman.
I love to motivate and give people hope that living their best life is possible. I want people to understand that aging, being too busy, or being too tired are obstacles but not barriers to living a full life.
