In my coaching practice, I use a variety of holistic techniques such as the Transformational Coaching Method, mindfulness, breathwork, aromatherapy, nutrition, etc. to support my clients in returning home to themselves and facilitating long-lasting changes.
I support my clients by helping them to turn the volume down on all noise and turn the volume up on their inner voices - their intuition so that they can reconnect with their true selves.
