I am a unique coach. I work in HR and I Life Coach. Don't let the HR title fool you. I am as REAL as they come. This is part of the reason I began coaching. I have worked with so many people in the workplace and often I find that we get to a point where it has to get very personal to get the results the person wants. I can provide coaching and professional HR insight without all the work tape that could get in the way. It's like an open book test!
The other reason I began coaching is more personal. I am a mom of 3, a wife, I work a full-time job, workout 2-3 times a week, have a part-time coaching business, and actually live a happy fulfilled life. Juggling all of these important things in my life had me regularly having panic attacks, anxiety, drinking, and eating more than I'd like. I knew I had to find a solution. I've done a lot of work, learned so much, found my calling as a coach, and now I want to share lessons and strategies to help you find your happy fulfilled life.
