Through my broad base of training and experience, and most importantly through listening to peoples' unique stories and contexts, I enable people to discover the root cause of the obstacles to growth and effective leadership and to step up to a new level of confidence, competence and fulfillment within their personal and professional life.
My success as a coach, mentor, mentor coach, professional supervisor and educator is a reflection of my breadth and depth of training and experience, having worked as an Accountant & Church Pastor & serving clients in diverse contexts.
Through my genuine heart for people and down-to-earth capacity to relate to people of all ages and walks of life, my work has resulted in lasting transformation in people's lives, which has reflected in the organisations in which they work and serve.
