I am someone who prides myself on having effective communication skills. I believe it is not my job to solve problems, but instead, help integrate emotions, behaviors, beliefs, perspectives, and body language so that you can come to a more holistic understanding of what's going on in your life. Together, through a coaching relationship, we will concentrate on goal setting, personal growth, and behavior modification in a relaxing non-judgmental environment.
A dedicated Life Coach, working with individuals to promote life management and coping skills. Together we will make plans, address problems, and work toward achieving your goals. I am here to cheer you on, uphold accountability, celebrate all your victories, and offer encouragement while you are on your personal journey. It is my goal to help you attain a greater sense of fullfilment and continue to make progress using the tools and knowledge gained during our coaching relationship.
My coaching style is tailored to each client. We will find what works best for you during our assessment. From there we will organize and prioritize your goals and commitment while building effective new habits through proven methods.
