My coaching philosophy finds its basis in relationship and trust. I seek to provide comfort and safety as I coach to enable clients to dream and create their soon-to-be reality. My clients will find my coaching to provide a highly supportive environment to tackle significant challenges.

As part of my coach-specific training, I am a Master Certified Life Coach (MCLC) through the Certified Life Coach Institute. I have also received a certificate as a Peer and Mental Health Coach from Light University.

I've provided one-on-one coaching and consultation to hundreds of couples and individuals over the last ten years working in the non-profit sector.
