Desiree Musselman

Desiree Musselman is a certified coach and professional trainer. Specializing in coaching new to mid-level managers, to grow their leadership skills and help them take their businesses from good to great. She trains corporately, with over 3000 hours of presenting focusing on Career Development, Emotional Intelligence, and Stress Management. 

She has led 7 multi-million dollar businesses over the years and doubled their profits within months of coming on board. Now she wants to share what made her and her teams so successful. Desiree realized early on her joyful job is serving others and helping them live the life they desire while being successful in their career!

Desiree has designed full leadership development programs for existing and upcoming leaders focusing on soft skills, including emotional intelligence, communication skills, team dynamics, and work/life integration.

Desiree holds two professional coaching certifications from the Integrated Wellness Academy and Institute for Professional Excellence in Coaching (iPEC). She is also certified in the Energy Leadership Index (ELI) Assessment and ELI 360.
