Darin Metzler is an Exploratory Leadership Coach who works with clients to discover the depths of who they are and apply learning to the discoveries that maximize performance, increase leadership skills, and transform the leader's personal life in a positive way. Darin helps them blow past worry, stress, and fear. Fostering positive collaboration, improving relationships, and increasing confidence.
Darin has over 20 years experience in the technology industry as a manager and leader across multiple projects, challenging timelines, and countless disruptions to team culture. Darin consistently received excellent feedback on his leadership, collaboration, and communication styles from managers and peers. His leadership approach and ability to work successfully with teams across organizations had him selected into Microsoft’s High Performance (HiPo) program.
Darin coaches clients to increase leadership effectiveness, lead people and teams to success, and determine success markers within failures.
Darin is an iPEC (Institute for Professional Coaching) Certified Professional Coach, an Energy Leadership Master Practitioner, and a COR.E Dynamics Leadership Specialist. Darin is also a certified Happiness Trainer from the Happiness Studies Academy.
Outside his passion of coaching, Darin loves spending time with family, relaxing at the family cabin, and having fun with 3D printing.
