When we learn to effectively parent, rather than emotionally parent, we are then able to create and maintain a healthy parent-child relationship.
Trust me, we do not have to live in a home filled with yelling, fighting, stress and emotional overwhelm.
I live by one main philosophy, we must empower ourselves as parents, to empower our children, so that they can become happy and healthy in their daily lives.
